UNC provides many software products at a discounted rate or even free. The availability and amount of the discount depends on your status as either a faculty/staff member or a student.
Free software can be found by visiting https://shareware.unc.edu . Discounted and some other free software can be found by visiting https://software.unc.edu.
- Students can order software directly from the above websites.
- Faculty, staff, and PhD Students will need to submit a request to order any software (or Software-as-a-Service products) through the IT Purchasing form or by emailing ITOrders@kenan-flagler.unc.edu.
